Accredited Home Staging Terms of Use

Welcome to the Accredited Home Staging website (the "Site"). The Site is developed for use by our students, prospective students, partners, vendors, and employees, as well as media representatives. These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and form a legally binding agreement between you and Accredited Home Staging. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. Please check this page regularly.

Course Access and Certification

If you purchase a course, program, or certification through the Site, your access to and use of that course content is governed by these Terms and any course-specific enrollment agreement presented at checkout. Nothing in these Terms is intended or shall be construed to limit your obligations or expand your rights under any such enrollment agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Accredited Home Staging.

Certificates issued upon course completion are awarded solely by Accredited Home Staging and do not constitute a license, degree, or credential issued by any government body unless expressly stated otherwise.

User Accounts

If the Site allows you to create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

• YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY COURSE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME

Limitation of Liability

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You may not use or export the Site or its content in violation of U.S. or other applicable export or trade sanctions laws. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or person restricted by applicable export controls.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Trademarks

Accredited Home Staging is the exclusive owner of the Accredited Home Staging trademark, as well as trademarks for other Accredited Home Staging products and services. Other product and company names on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 18 years old, do not use or submit any information to the Site.
